By accessing or using PublitUp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

PublitUp is a social media management platform that allows users to:

•Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms

•Analyze content performance and audience engagement

•Track competitor activity

•Manage team workflows for social content

The Service requires connecting your social media accounts via OAuth authorization.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

•Maintaining the confidentiality of your password

•All activity that occurs under your account

•Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

•Post spam, misleading content, or material that violates platform policies

•Violate any applicable laws or regulations

•Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

•Distribute malware or harmful code

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

•Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

By using PublitUp to publish content, you agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through our Service. We do not review content before publication.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

•Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

•You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

•We may change pricing with 30 days notice

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using PublitUp, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The PublitUp brand, logo, and software are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PublitUp shall not be liable for:

•Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

•Loss of data or profits

•Failures of third-party social media APIs

•Content published through connected accounts

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold PublitUp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may bring claims in small claims court.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
