Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep what you've already paid for.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
You'll see exactly which limit you've reached — connected accounts, posts this month, team seats, or AI generations — with a link to upgrade. Nothing you've already created is ever deleted or locked.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 12 months up front and every paid plan is about 20% cheaper per month — roughly two months free compared to paying monthly.
Do you offer a nonprofit or student discount?

What counts as an "AI generation"?
One call to PublitUp's AI — a batch of captions, a hashtag suggestion, YouTube SEO metadata, a sentiment analysis pass, or a drafted reply each count as one, regardless of how many results come back.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your content, connected accounts and history are kept — you just lose access to the features above your new plan's limits until you upgrade again.
